Small Group Training Classes


Our Small Group Training classes at Equal Fitness in Loughborough Junction are coached strength sessions limited to six people, so you still receive guidance, technique support, and individual feedback from your coach.

Equal Strength

Equal Strength is our traditional strength training class, focused on helping you build real strength with proper technique and structure.

You’ll train using barbells, dumbbells, and racks in a coached environment where we focus on key lifts, controlled progressions, and good movement quality. Sessions are not rushed, giving you time to learn, improve, and lift with confidence.

Classes include

Upper Body, Lower Body, and Total Body,

so you can follow a balanced training routine across the week.

Ideal if you want to get stronger, improve your lifting, and train with purpose.


Equal Pulse

Equal Pulse is our conditioning-based training, designed to improve fitness, stamina, and overall work capacity.

These sessions are more fast-paced and energy-driven, using circuits, intervals, and time-based training to keep you moving. You’ll use a mix of bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, and cardio-focused work.

Equal Pulse includes two styles:

SWEAT – Short, high-energy 30-minute sessions focused on intensity and efficiency.
Endure – 45-minute sessions focused on building stamina and sustained effort.

Ideal if you want to improve fitness, burn energy, and complement your strength training.


Mums Strength Club – supportive post-natal strength training where mums can train with their little ones.

Ideal if you want structure, coaching, and accountability while still training alongside others.
